Senior Programs

 

One of the greatest risks for a senior is the risk of falling due to declining balance and stability and weakness in the muscles responsible for a healthy gait. Our balance and stability programs are tailored to the needs of each individual. Within only a few weeks of participation in our one-on-one programs, most often each senior we work with no longer has falls. This greatly helps avoid hip fracture, head injuries, unnecessary bruising, and loss of independence.

We provide an upbeat environment while we work with senior clients to improve their issues and quality of life. Maintaining the proper level of safe independence for activities of daily living also improves one’s morale and overall health.

We provide in-home sessions for those who are not able to travel to the clinic.
